I teach a vigorous vinyasa "flow" that offers potential for weight loss, cardiovascular health, increased flexibility, energy, and awareness of one's body, improved emotional health and mental awareness.
I also teach prenatal yoga to expecting moms. I offer a safe practice and modifications that help alleviate common aches and pains of pregnancy, cultivates a connection between mom and baby, and an awareness of the mother's changing body. Research has shown that a regular prenatal yoga practice may reduce the time of labor by up to two hours. It can help pregnant moms feel strong and confident during pregnancy and labor.
I have experience teaching restorative and gentle yoga practices that enhance flexibility, mental and physical awareness, cardiovascular health, emotional health, and reduces stress.
Private instruction is tailored to individual needs and goals.
